I represent my State of Queensland and my country ( Australia) in Indoor Rowing. I am currently ranked 3rd in the World and 1st in Australia in my age group for Indoor Rowing. In terms of mental strength and focus and has allowed me to find meditation through movement.

I have competed in Australian Ninja Warrior twice - just for the fun of it, I wanted to prove that i could put myself through some tough obstacles without being genetically blessed to compete in such a sport!

I have represented Queensland at Australian Titles in the Fitness Category(INBA - International Body Building Association.) This was a few weeks after giving birth to my second child and I needed a goal. I competed in the Fitness Momma Category.

I competed in Crossfit for about 5 years as I loved how competitive it was, and learning new skills such as Olympic Weight Lifting and Gymnastics. In that time I competed in the Crossfit open and placed in the Top 50 Fittest Women in the World, in my age group.
Top 2 in all events
I have competed in a few fun Obstacle and Beach Events and have always placed in the Top 3 in the Women's Open events.
